About the experience

ALIVE is a curated movement and music experience focused on presence, body awareness and free expression. It’s not a typical party and not a class — it’s a guided journey where people can let go of everyday roles, reconnect with their bodies and move intuitively to live music. Event flow Arrival & face painting Guests arrive during the day. Simple tribal face painting is offered as a playful way to shift out of daily mode and into the experience. Guided movement The host guides movement & contact improvisation practices to help participants feel their bodies, explore rhythm and connect with others through movement. Drums & wild free dance Drummers bring a strong, physical rhythm that builds energy and invites more grounded, expressive movement. DJ journey A long free dance set by Mahdi, with electronic music, live instruments and vocals. There are no rules or steps to follow — participants move, pause and rest as they wish. Breathwork & landing After the dance peak, guided breathing helps calm down and integrate the experience. Tea & closing The event ends quietly with a tea corner and space to sit, rest and return to the outside world more settled and open. Afterparty An informal continuation for those who wish to stay longer and socialize with more music. * This is an alcohol-free event. We invite participants to come sober to support presence, safety and a deeper experience of the body and music.
