Hoppetosse, Berlin After more than a decade away from Berlin — their first live appearance in the city in over 12 years — Swayzak return to the capital for a rare live set at Hoppetosse. Active since the early ’90s, Swayzak blurred the lines between techno, house and dub. Their debut Snowboarding in Argentina (1998) became a landmark release, home to enduring tracks such as “Make Up Your Mind” and “In the Car Crash.” Quietly influential, then and now. While the duo have appeared sporadically in other countries in recent years, this marks a long-awaited Berlin return and a rare chance to experience Swayzak live: hardware-driven, fluid, and subtly reworked in the moment. Set aboard Berlin’s iconic floating dancefloor, Hoppetosse offers the ideal setting — intimate, unpolished, and gently in motion. A significant return. A rare live performance. Berlin, finally. Supporting the night, Lamache weaves house, disco, and underground grooves with his signature warmth and precision. Movetone Wax boss Maik Yells stretches the energy with his peculiar, irresistible groove. N.o.N.
