We take an all-night-long extended trip into Hagan’s fusion of club styles this Friday 10th April, exploring percussive complexity and bass-heavy sounds that will leave Peckham High Street shaking to its core. Renowned for riding the intersection of UK club music and African percussive heritage, Hagan blends elements of afrobass, gqom, highlife, afrohouse, UK Funky and jazz across both his DJ sets and productions. He’s the mind behind some of the most highly regarded club-ready tracks of recent years. LA-based collective and label Soulection have released some of his standout works (inc Good Food) as well as featuring him on Soulection Radio, reinforcing his alignment with the label’s border free genre-bending mission.
