We create spaces where fun, music and respect are key. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Access and age: The recommended age for this event is 25 years and older. Entry is prohibited to minors under the age of 18. To gain access, you must bring your ID card, passport or original official document that proves your identity and that you are of legal age. Security personnel may carry out searches in accordance with regulations. Tickets: The PURCHASER will be the only one to receive the QR code for all tickets, even if they purchase several or assign details to other attendees. Tickets are activated in the Resident Advisor APP 24 hours before the event. Re-entry: Re-entry with a stamp is permitted from 2:30 a.m. We ask that all persons who leave and re-enter do so respectfully, avoiding noise or disturbance to the neighbourhood. Food and drink policy: No food or drink is permitted. Ticket resale: We are against unofficial resale. We do not accept platforms such as TicketSwap. Only Resident Advisor offers a secure resale method. The original purchaser must be present with their ID. Tickets purchased outside of official channels will not be admitted. Exchanges and refunds: Once the ticket has been purchased, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted. There is no right of withdrawal according to Art. 103.l of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Queda prohibida la entrada a menores de 18 años. Para acceder deberás llevar DNI, Pasaporte o documento oficial original que permita acreditar identidad y mayoría de edad. El personal de seguridad podrá realizar registros conforme a normativa. Entradas: El COMPRADOR será el único en recibir el QR de todas las entradas, incluso si compra varias o asigna datos a otros asistentes. Las entradas se activan en la APP de Resident Advisor 24 horas antes del evento. Reentrada: Se permite la reentrada con sello a partir de las 2:30 a. m. Rogamos a todas las personas que salgan y vuelvan a entrar que lo hagan de forma respetuosa, evitando ruidos o molestias al vecindario. Política de comida y bebida: No está permitida la entrada de comida o bebida. Reventa de entradas: Estamos en contra de la reventa no oficial. No aceptamos plataformas como TicketSwap. Solo Resident Advisor ofrece un método seguro de reventa. El comprador original deberá estar presente con su DNI. Las entradas compradas fuera de canales oficiales no permitirán el acceso. Cambios y devoluciones: Una vez adquirida la entrada, no se admitirán cambios ni devoluciones.
