The Union Experience is a journey back to yourself. A space where ancient practice meets free expression,where breath, movement, and music become one. We begin with a deeply intentional yoga flow, rooted in classical Hatha Yoga by Humble Yoga (John Moran), inspired by the teachings of Dharma Mittra NYC and Surinder Sigh India. Each posture is an invitation to soften, to open, and to remember to come home to your body and your true nature. The yoga session is accompanied by sound specially curated by Lua Shakti, carefully aligned with the energetic flow of the practice, allowing movement and sound to merge into a single, immersive experience. From this place of presence, the experience expands into a Static Dance Flow, guided by Lua Shakti, an experienced DJ and lead dancer of the Dance and Cure project. Here, movement becomes intuitive, raw, and मुक्त (free). There is nothing to follow, nothing to achieve only the freedom to express, to feel, and to let yourself be moved by the music. We close with a meditation, bringing everything back to center. A moment to integrate, to listen, and to anchor the experience within. Enter with an intention, and let the journey unfold. This is not just a practice. This is not just movement.
