Each edition is designed as a complete experience — from dinner to atmosphere — encouraging connection, discovery, and shared moments. 🍽️ DINNER Guests will enjoy an Afro-inspired menu curated by the chef of Atmos. The cuisine blends African flavours with modern European presentation, offering a refined and accessible dining experience. The dinner includes: • Starter A selection of Afro tapas-style fritters: cod Accra, tuna pastels, and calamari beignets. • Main Course (choice of one) Mafé de bœuf Slow-cooked beef in a rich peanut sauce, served with white rice and seasonal vegetables. Poulet DG Golden chicken simmered in a fragrant tomato-spice sauce, served with ripe plantains and crunchy vegetables — a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Dessert available on demand.
