Atune invites you to listen deeply. This month, we gather around the Moondog HiFi sound system to immerse in The Avalanches’ landmark debut Since I Left You, a genre-blurring tapestry of fleeting, layered samples. The evening includes a food and cocktail reception, a brief contextual introduction, a moment of attunement, uninterrupted listening, and space for shared reflection afterward. Tickets are $45 and include two tacos and a drink. Come prepared to be fully present and silent while we listen to the album (~ 1 hour). Phones will be collected for the duration of the album. Food and drinks will be served from 6:30-8:30pm. Needle drop at 8:30pm, with food and drink service resuming after the album is complete.
