Free Your Soul Wellness Activation Overview (Approx. 2 Hours) The Free Your Soul Wellness Activation is an immersive, guided experience centered on stillness, release, and connection through meditation, music, and community. The activation opens with a guided meditation to ground participants and bring everyone fully into the space. This flows into a full listening of the Free Your Soul EP, experienced either in stillness or through intuitive, ecstatic movement, depending on the energy of the room. Following the EP, a second meditation helps integrate the experience, creating space for reflection and embodiment. Coco & Breezy then share thoughts around intention, healing through sound, and the creation of the project, before closing with an informal meet and greet to connect with the community. In order to make this space accessible for everyone, we operate a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or hate of any kind.
