SUSPENSO is full of history, located in the historic heart of Lisbon. Founded in 1285, it houses the Loios Convent. In 1894, it was a foundry that operated to give way to the 1894 Café-Theater Santiago Alquimista. Since 2020, SUSPENSO has offered this space of over 1,000m2 for private and corporate events. On June 24th and 25th, 2022, SUSPENSO will host THE OVERVIEW EFFECT, JOURNEY TO THE STARS, showcasing a selection of internationally renowned artists and designers unique to Lisbon. The opening night will take place on June 24. THE OVERVIEW EFFECT is a collective of friends who have come together to make this mythical place shine through their shared passions: art, design, sharing, and partying. This exhibition is an opportunity to discover contemporary art (paintings, sculptures, digital art, high-quality decorative pieces, and more) for amateurs and the curious. For little artists to stimulate their creativity, children will be able to participate in Art workshops. There will also be artistic performances.
