This final session of the month brings them together — teaching you how to move with full intention and full feeling, at the same time. For who: Anyone ready to inhabit their body with intention. It emerges from the intersection of how you move, what you feel, and what you've lived. This class is a guided excavation — we help you find what's already there and stop trying to copy everyone else. For who: Dancers who feel technically solid but somehow generic.
